3 Course Dinner Featuring a 10 oz Grilled Ribeye Just $20
"Well, it's Sunday once again, and last week we sold out our special dinner so, what the hey, we're doing it again! Once again, we invite you to cap off your weekend here at Jimmy Bean's with a 3 course dinner featuring a 10 oz grilled ribeye (nearly twice the size of our regular steak).
Our salad for this special evening is composed of shaved fennel, arugula, orange segments, and a coin of crispy goat cheese. A very simple lemon and olive oil dressing allows the light and refreshing flavors of the fennel and orange to shine, which is balanced by the richness of the crispy goat cheese. Or try a cup of our vegetable lentil soup.
The ribeye steak is topped with a bleu cheese compound butter and Marsala wine jus. Also included is a twice baked Yukon Gold potato. Once the inside of the potato is removed and fortified with parmesan cheese, sour cream, and chives, it is returned to its shell and baked till golden and fluffy. Finally, the sauteed Lacinato kale with a small dice of carrot and onion is finished with lemon zest to brighten up the whole dish.
